Stainless steel, butchery mixers manufactured with the same strong features as industrial mixers, equipped with manually driven overturning bowl and interlocking mixing shafts, manufacured on a solid frame either on anti-vibration feet or wheels. The perfectly balanced mixing bowl allows manual overturn by means of a lever very easily. The mixing bowl can also be equipped with conveyor flaps in order to ease product download into trolleys.
