Sealed bottom machine, equipped with nr. 3 variable speed axles driven by frequency inverters (bowl and knives axles, the latter available with 24 or 32 kW motor power - the unloading disc can also vary its speed from 50 to 150 rpm), sloping surfaces for perfect water and liquids drainage, 95-litre bowl, whose product capacity may range from 20 kg min. up to 50-70 kg max. also depending on the product specific weight and volume). 
6-knives, cutting head turning from 500 up to over 4.000 rpm, also equipped with slow mixing speed ranging from 50 to 500 rpm. The cutting area can be also further reduced thanks to the insertion of a retaining plate, very helpful for fine cutting and emulsions.
Optimal ergonomic solutions also thanks to the motorised knives lid. Rich and complete processing options enabled by the machine software, featuring processing programs memory and recall. Operational stops can be set by elapsed processing time, product temperature and bowl turns. Constant control and display of all processing parameters (processing time, temperature, chronometer and electrical consumption).
